  • Available Monday through Friday

    Mat Pilates is a dynamic, full-body class focused on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility through controlled movement and breath. With a contemporary approach, the class blends classical Pilates with modern adaptations and is suitable for all levels, with modifications offered throughout.

  • Available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

    Sculpt is a high-energy, full-body workout that blends yoga and Pilates to build strength, improve balance, and elevate the heart rate. This low-impact but challenging class uses light weights and flowing, controlled movement to deliver a strong, sweaty workout suitable for all levels.

  • Available on Mondays and Saturdays

    Mat Barre is a low-impact, mat-based class blending ballet-inspired movement, Pilates, and functional strength work. Using small, controlled movements, the class builds strength, stability, and posture with a focus on the core, glutes, and legs. Beginner and prenatal friendly, with no dance experience required.
