Your use of this website and our studio is subject to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes shall take effect upon posting to this website.
By using our website you are confirming that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions of use, you must not use this website.
1. Membership Term and Billing
Commitment: The membership is a minimum three-month commitment and will automatically renew on a monthly basis thereafter unless cancelled in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Billing: The membership fee will be billed monthly, starting on the day of registration, and will continue until canceled or terminated by the Member, in accordance with the terms specified in this Waiver.
Payment Method: All payments will be processed through the credit card or other payment method provided by the Member upon registration. By signing this Waiver, Member authorises the Studio to charge the provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
2. Cancellation and Termination
Minimum Commitment: The Member agrees to a minimum three-month membership commitment. If the Member wishes to cancel before the completion of the three-month term, the full amount for the three-month commitment is still due and payable.
Cancellation: After the three-month minimum term, the Member may cancel their membership by providing written notice (email or letter) or doing so via 'manage my account' at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Failure to Provide Timely Notice: If cancellation notice is not received within 15 days of the next billing date, the membership will automatically renew for another billing cycle, and the Member will be charged accordingly.
No Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. No partial month refunds will be given for cancellations made mid-cycle.
3. Billing Authorisation and Correction of Payment Errors
By signing this agreement, I authorize Sonas Studio to charge the payment method on file for any unpaid classes, fees, or services that result from administrative errors, misuse of promotional offers, or other discrepancies. I understand that promotional offers, such as the Intro Offer, are limited to one per person unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unauthorised repeat use may result in charges at the standard drop-in rate. I acknowledge it is my responsibility to review the terms of each offer and to contact Sonas Studio with any questions before purchase.
4. Health and Safety
Physical Condition: The Member affirms that they are physically capable of participating in yoga, Pilates, and other fitness activities offered by the Studio. The Member understands that participating in physical exercise may involve risks, including injury, and agrees to take personal responsibility for their participation.
Medical Clearance: It is the responsibility of the Member to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program. The Studio is not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from participation in Studio activities.
Informed Consent: The Member acknowledges that they have been informed of the potential risks of participating in physical activities and that they are voluntarily choosing to participate.
5. Liability Release
Release of Liability: The Member agrees to hold harmless and release the Studio, its employees, instructors, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from injuries or damages sustained during classes or activities at the Studio, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Indemnification: The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio from any claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from the Member's participation in activities at the Studio.
6. Studio Policies
Class Attendance: The Member agrees to arrive on time for classes and follow all Studio rules, including those related to conduct, safety, and the use of Studio equipment.
Class Cancellations and Changes: The Studio reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or substitute classes as necessary. If a class is canceled by the Studio, the Member will be offered an alternative class or credit.
Code of Conduct: The Member agrees to act respectfully toward other participants and staff at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of membership.
7. Privacy
Personal Data: The Member agrees that the Studio may collect and store personal information, including contact details, payment information, and health-related data. This information will be used in accordance with the Studio’s privacy policy, which can be provided upon request.
Marketing Communications: The Member may receive promotional emails and updates about Studio events, classes, and offers. The Member may opt out of such communications at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
