    Gentle Yoga is a slow, mindful practice focused on longer-held poses, breath, and alignment to support flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Designed to reduce tension and restore balance, this calming class is ideal for beginners, pre/postnatal, or anyone seeking a gentler yoga experience.
