Set in a calm, supportive environment, these classes offer space to connect with your body, your baby, and a community of other mothers, helping you feel strong, confident, and cared for at every stage.

    Mum & Baby Pilates is a gentle postnatal class helping new mums rebuild strength, improve posture, and support recovery after birth while spending time with their babies. Suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to crawling. By booking, you confirm you have been signed off by your doctor to return to exercise.
